CrossCountry Mortgage offers an Employee Assistance Program through UNUM to all employees. This program can help you find solutions for the everyday challenges like work-life balance as well as for issues involving emotional and physical well-being.

Who is eligible to receive services through the EAP?

Employees, spouses, domestic partners, parents, and parent in-laws.

  • Problems with a manager or coworker.
  • Coping with stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Organization tips and prioritization ideas.
  • Caring for elderly relative(s)or finding senior assistance.
  • Dealing with a family member who has an addiction.
  • Improving your health or controlling a chronic condition.
  • Getting out of debt and managing your finances.
  • Relationship issues, legal issues, and much more.

Help is easy to access and is only a call or click away:

  • Unlimited, 24/7 Telephone Consultation Access to speak confidentially with a master’s level consultant at 1-800-854-1446 (multilingual) to clarify your need(s), evaluate options, and create an action plan.
  • Face-to-face meetings that give you and eligible dependents an opportunity to meet with a Licensed Professional Counselor up to three times per issue either in-person or virtual for short-term problem resolution.
  • Educational materials through Unum’s online library of downloadable materials and interactive tools.
  • Access to Unum.com/LifeBalance to email a consultant, locate area resources, or download helpful information.
