Through CCM’s deferred compensation plan, employees making $150,000 annually and who are considered highly compensated employees, can defer payment of compensation to a future time. This allows participants to gain more control over how they’re being taxed, how and when distributions are received, and how contributions are allocated and may grow (similar pre-tax experience to a 401(k) plan).
