CCM Foundation Employee Hardship Fund

CCM supports team members facing temporary hardship, including special assistance for medical expenses during critical illness, job loss of a dependent spouse, natural disaster recovery and other pressing needs. The Fund offers financial assistance to approved applicants, helping them recover more swiftly from unexpected hardships caused by federally recognized natural disasters, personal crises, or other catastrophic events.

CCM employees can visit the Employee Center on the Landing to learn more and apply for hardship support.

The Human Resources team is committed to providing ongoing guidance and support. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available 24/7 to help connect you and your loved ones with local resources that support emotional, physical and overall well-being.
